We have a super opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to run a prestigious residential & nursing home . The home provides a first class service to adults who suffer from dementia and related conditions.As the registered manager you will need to lead a team within the home to provide a high quality care service to the residents.
Management duties will inculde
- Staffing & Marketing the home
- Strategic planning for service delivery
- Financial management
-Liasing daily with staff and residents
Our client is ideally looking for a motivated manager with strong organisation & communication skills as well as the ability to think at a strategic level for future development. You will probably have completed a Leadership and Management Care Qualification or equivalent and have the experience to demonstrate this in a practical way
In summary fo this position you will need
- RMA / NVQ 4/ or a Equivalent Qualification
- Registered Nurse Qualification
-Previous Home Manager Experience
-Knowledge of CQC Standards and Expectations
